This is my lunch this week.
Bacon & Egg Spinach Salad. It’s great!
Ingredients:
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 Romaine Lettuce heart diced
2 slices Gluten Free Bacon – 2 well done slices diced up
1 Omega 3 hard boiled egg
1/4 cup Plum Amazins Diced Plums
2 tablespoons Ken’s Lite Honey Mustard Dressing
